The Housemates sing, mime, rhyme and dance this evening. It’s a clear
frisky mood for all.


The Housemates sing, mime, rhyme and dance this evening. It’s a clear frisky
mood for all. As some clean, Uti and Mimi lead the reminiscing session on old
school music.

Mimi plays the role of the lead vocalist, while Uti analyses dance steps and
lyrics. He seems to be good at music.

Afterwards they gear up for the presentation of their mushroom task. Everyone
airily gives final touches to his task, bearing in mind that judging is based on
solo presentation as well as the team effort.

It’s crystal clear the Housemates look forward to impress Big Brother. They don
their African attires and they look gorgeous and ready for business.

Beads. Animal-skin skirt. Traditional cap. Horse whip. Overflowing gown. Ankara.
Linen and other insignia rent the air. No enough words to describe the
resplendent outfits. Just Proudly African!

Fire burns in the middle of the garden and rhythic drum sounds ricochet through
the walls of the House.

We hope their presentation will be as good as their preparation.

Thami looks like that guy you always find leaning against the wall in the
early hours of a club night


Its 08:00 and time to exercise! This morning the Housemates initiate their
own rhythmic exercise routine. Leading the choreography today is Munya who
deserves an A for enthusiasm. Thami looks like that guy you always find leaning
against the wall in the early hours of a club night and Latoya is doing very
well at the pelvic floor exercises-surprise surprise.

The underachiever

Sheila looks like she is half asleep and is keeping up with much difficulty. The
military top now seems unbecoming as she drags her body through the routines. If
this was boot-camp she would have gotten corporal punishment! She finally gives
up and decides to take a “power nap” on her exercise mat.

Stonehenge Again


...recreate that famous medieval construction.


Can the Housemates recreate that famous medieval construction, or at least
something close to it? Its almost 12:00 and BB believes it’s time to initiate
the preparations for the weekly task presentation. Keeping in mind that judging
is based on individual presentations as well as the team effort, the team must
brainstorm on how to effectively recreate Stonehenge using the mushrooms they
painted earlier in the week.

The tools
They are informed that tools await them in the garden. These consist of bits and
pieces (sachets) to link the mushrooms, drums and shakers to aid the musical
presentation and some of their clothing items back.

What to wear
Outfits have been salvaged and must be worn for the presentation. When coming up
individually to present, the Housemates need to deliver some kind of theatrical
greeting that reflects their home country. Some Housemates look delighted and
some disappointed about the outfits Biggie has issued for the performance. Some
Housemates outfits are not suitable, some don’t even have any. Hazel goes to the
Diary Room to complain.

Hazel leads the Housemates into preparations and starts unpacking the task.
Those confused turn to her for clarification. They suggest drumming for the
opening to a song in theme.

Africa Unite





The always popular Bob Marley seems to be choice of artist and all that is left
is to lock down which song of his to rework, possibly choosing “Africa unite” or
“One Love”

The mushrooms are looking delectable with all sorts of patterns and decorations
on them. Will they look as good when they’re all stuck together? We’ll find out
later tonight…

Two days ago the Housemates lost their clothing in the laundro blaster,
today they have been given some of them back.
Because it's almost time for the presentations, Big Brother and his scientists
have decided to do some patchwork and return some clothing for the performances
later.

No fair
Earlier on Hazel said that some of the Housemates were disgruntled at the fact
that they did not have outfits for the presentations. Big Brother is trying to
fulfill their requests, but he can only do so much...

Tawana and Thami must choose
Called into the Diary Room, Tawana is presented with two more outfits, one for

Hazel's Diary Session





Hazel decided to take a breather earlier than others when last nights games
seemed to be taking a wild turn. Asked about how she is finding the exercise
routine, she says she is "managing quite alright". She hopes to project Malawi's
landscapes.

Lucille's Diary Session
Lucille says she "felt uncomfortable after kissing TK." She belives there is a
sweet side to Latoya irrespective of her actions, although she also says Latoya
is covering up her insecurities. Certain they will get 100% of their wager,
Lucille is hoping to showcase diversity in Namibia.

Latoya's Diary Session
Latoya thinks some people are the best at giving "stupid ideas". She hates being
ignored and wants the others to pay attention when she talks. She feels Sheila
is her "biggest problem so far" and that last night is past tense. Laughingly
she discloses "whats in our mind is always sex sex sex". She will choose Mnt
Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar to highlight for the presentation.

Sheila's Diary Session
Sheila tells Biggie that, although last night's games showed that she is "very
devious", her feelings about the Housemates haven't really changed. She thinks
last night revealed that Uti found Tawana attractive, since he put her at the
top of his sex list. She promises she will act out diiferent aspects of Kenya in
her presentation; the things people don't know about Kenya.


Mimi's Diary Session
Mimi feels like the House has more "leaders" than it does team-players. Hazel is
a leader, Sheila is a gangster leader. Morris is a leader and Uti. Tawana are
also leaders, and "i am too... its hard". The non-leaders are therefore, Lu,
Ricco, Latoya and Thami. "Latoya is not a b***ch and Lu... she has cried four
times today already"

Tawana's Diary Session
Tawana says that she would never let anything happen to her that she doesn't
want. She thinks Latoya will regret what went on last night. According to her,
no-one should do anything that they don't want to. There is no reason to let
people do things to you just because you're on TV. She also requests some
air-freshener for the toilet.

Munya's Diary Session
The 100% wager was Munya's idea. He says people's indiviuality came out in their
mushrooms. His assesment is that Sheila is slagging a bit, but everyone else is
contributing. Speaking on last night's activities, Munya says "I've played that
game before but its never gotten that crazy." He also feels that Sheila "likes
to work up people...I think it's a defence mechansim".

Takondwa's Diary Session
"I got kissed and I got to lick nipples," he says chuckling. According to
Takwondwa, everyone had a good time last night. He says it was nice to see
people doing things they didn't want to do. He thinks the guys are jealous and
the girls are probabaly shocked. He feels uncomfortable because they may start
thinking he is threatening. At the same time, he is confident that Big Brother
will be impressed with the presentation.

Morris explains to Biggie how he landed up in the pool; it was either that, kiss
Mimi or have ice in his crotch. He says the game made him realise that "the
Nigerian guy is so closed about his body". He also realised that Latoya is a
very emotional girl, Lulu is brave and Munya managerial. He is sure he will
learn more as time passes. He is looking forward to leading the dance tonight.

Uti's Diary Session
Uti says the "nomination is going to be a bitch". He is beginning to love
everybody but he can't believe that they talk throughout the night until the
morning. Despite this, he is getting along with everybody. He feels especially
close to Sheila because there is always something to talk about with her. Uti
first thought that Thami was dull, but now he sees "he is a joker but he is very
smart". Laughing, Uti says he enjoyed "interacting" with the other Housemates
during the game last night.

rated and they'll rather get steamed up at night.


The Housemates get down and dirty in the garden on Day 03, but Mimi and
Lucille eventually take a time out and head to the bathroom to 'clean up'.

The two girls gossip quietly for a while, showering in their bikinis before the
rest of the crew catches on and joins in. Mimi eventually has to stop her tirade
against Sheila, as everyone else has lost interest in Sheila's kissing games a
long time ago...

The entire mood in the shower changes as the boys get in and start making jokes
about 'dropping the soap'.

Tawana cuts a comical figure dressed in nothing but her over-sized red slip
slops. Eventually, all the girls move out of the bathroom and the boys
over-compensate for the lack of company by getting louder and louder.

Ricco clearly has narcisisstic tendencies and doesn't stop staring at himself
and calling attention to his bits and pieces.
